- 5 kiwi (leave the peel on if it is organic, and if you have a high speed blender like the vitamix)
- 1 cup honeydew melon
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3-4 sprigs of mint leaves
Put the above ingredients in a blender, and pulse-blend to minimize oxidation. Enjoy!
