4 Hydrating Citrus Water Blends

Citrus waters are one of the best ways to not only encourage you to drink more water, but to improve your health at the same time! I find that when I add a splash of lemon in my water, I drink it much more readily than plain water.

Drinking citrus-based waters help to alkalize the body, flush out toxins, improve skin quality and strengthen the immune system. By incorporating citrus water into your daily routine, you'll stay slim, have more energy and radiate from the inside out!

Here are some of my four favourite citrus water blends!

Ingredients:

Citrus Blast:
- orange
- lemon
- lime

Cucumber Cooler:
- cucumber
- mint
- lime

Sweet Bliss:
- orange
- strawberry
- cucumber

Energizing Blast:
- lemon
- cucumber
- mint
- ginger

For each mix, thinly slice each fruit or vegetable (peel if not organic), and let it sit in water overnight. Use throughout the day, whenever you need to quench your thirst!
