The All-Natural Flu Shot Alternative

These all-natural flu shots are your answer to improved immunity and better health! Typical vaccines contain hazardous ingredients like aluminum, MSG, formaldehyde, antibiotics, thimerosal and egg protein (gross!). 

In fact, if you just eat healthy, build up your immune system with these green shots, and wash your hands, you'll be well on your way to being flu-free! A lot of individuals who get a flu shot end up getting the flu anyway, so really, what's the point? I have never had a flu shot my entire life, and I remain strong and healthy to this day (I also exercise, drink plenty of water, get lots of sleep and ensure my diet is as raw vegan and clean as it gets! I care for my body and well-being, so I rarely get sick). 

These "shots" may not be injected with a needle, but they are by far, much better than any typical needle shot out there. Give them a try! Each recipe makes MANY shots - be sure to drink them all! Switch between each recipe every day!

- 4 stalks celery
- 2 lemons (peeled if not organic)
- 1 bunch leafy greens
- 4 inches ginger root
- 3 apples
- 1 large cucumber

- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 inches ginger root
- 2 apples
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon (peeled if not organic)

- 3 stalks celery
- 2 lemons (peeled if not organic)
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/2 jalapeƱo pepper
- 4 inches ginger root
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 bunch cilantro

Juice each of the above shots in a juicer such as the Omega, and enjoy immediately!
