Blood Sugar Lowering Juice

This juice is great to help lower blood sugar levels because it contains bitter gourd which has been shown to display incredible blood-sugar lowering type abilities.     1. You should be able to find them there! Also at some kind of large supermarket. You can find them here in Canada at Superstore.
