- 2 cups mixed organic berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries & strawberries)
- 2 ripe spotty bananas
- 2 tsp. spirulina powder
- 1/2 tsp. fresh vanilla powder
- 1 cup leafy greens of your choice (I used spinach)
- 1 cup young thai coconut water (or regular water if you don't have access to coconut)
- Optional: pinch of cayenne
Blend the above ingredients in a blender such as the Vitamix, and enjoy immediately!
