    1. You can drink them separately, or throughout the day (like one version in morning, the next afternoon, and the next around supper)

  4. It’s really great article on why we should cleanse liver! I never knew about the points shared here. I think to cleanse the liver Green drink is really important to take, for its health benefits. I make green drink with spinach, cauliflower, tomatoes and some seasonal fruits. Only a glass of drink completely full my stomach and it helps in reducing weight too.

  6. I don't have a juicer, just a blender. If I put it in the blender on liquify and strain out the solids, do you think it would have the same health benefits? A juicer is just not in my budget right now. thanks.
