Ingredients:
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 lemon
- 1 cayenne pepper
- 2-3 inches fresh ginger root

    1. Nope! You should peel the citrus fruits. Blending this would be fine!

  4. Do most supermarkets carry cayenne peppers? I've never noticed because I've never looked for them. Thank you.

  5. I have cellulite and just got a nutribullet. Do I peel the lemon oe squeeze a whole lemon? Also how long does it take before I start seeing the change?

    1. Take off peel if not organic. This is a juice recipe, so a nutribullet will not blend lemon peels. Drink every day for a month, and drink plenty of water and raw fruits and vegetables. Look into eating a plant-based diet.
