Tropical Fruit Energizing Elixir

Give yourself a spring in your step by fuelling your body with what it wants (and needs!). This nutrient dense tropical fruit elixir can be made into a juice, or smoothie, and is perfect as a quick snack, light breakfast or afternoon treat.

This drink contains a mix of grapes, kiwi, lemon, and orange, all of which provide electrolytes and crucial phytonutrients to every cell of the body! Grapes help lower your blood pressure (helping you to maintain an inner sense of calm), while kiwi enriches your body with essential fatty acids. Don't forget the lemon and oranges, too! These ingredients are a crucial addition to help recharge and reset your body!

Drink it all and you will feel amazingly refreshed!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 5 kiwis, peeled
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled

Juice the above ingredients in a juicer such as the Omega (or you can also blend this for more of a smoothie-type), and enjoy immediately to prevent oxidation!
