- 1 cup water or young thai coconut water

Strawberry Pineapple Sunrise:
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup cut pineapple
- 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice

Banana Almond "Mylk" Smoothie: 
- 3 ripe, spotty bananas
- 1-2 cups almond milk (depending on how thick you want it)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh vanilla bean
- 3 pitted medjool dates
