Bladder Cleanse Juice

Your kidneys and bladder are very important. They function as part of the urinary system, and help in keeping the rest of your body healthy by eliminating toxins and un-wanted bacteria. Cranberries help to reduce the amount of calcium in the urine. Calcium buildup reduces kidney function and thus increases toxic buildup in your bladder which can lead to UTIs and kidney stones (two incredibly painful illnesses).

Cranberries are incredibly effective at preventing and treating urinary tract infections (UTIs). They work by preventing bacteria from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract via antioxidants known as proanthocyanidins. Ginger is a great anti-microbial and celery acts as a diuretic which increases urine output and thus faster elimination of toxins and bacteria. The apples in this recipe help to sweeten the tartness of the cranberries, while providing you with an array of benefits such as protecting against Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease and cancer, reducing your risk of diabetes, reducing cholesterol levels and preventing gallstones.
