Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup organic berries of your choice
- 1 cup young thai coconut water
- 1-2 cups of leafy greens (spinach, baby greens, romaine, kale, whichever you have on hand)
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds (make sure you soak your chia seeds before adding: 1 tbsp. chia seeds soaked in 1 cup water; from this, take 1 tbsp. chia seed)
