Natural Orange-Coconut Gatorade

Gatorade (Powerade, etc.) is one of the worst things you could put in your body. It is made up of chemically treated and refined sugar (as much as soda), artificial colours and other ingredients which make you tired, on edge, grumpy and bloated. Most of these "electrolyte" drinks contain Brominated Vegetable Oil which is banned in Europe in Japan for causing acne, skin rashes and thyroid problems.

Gatorade is used by athletes to replenish electrolytes. But what constitutes the electrolytes in gatorade? Chemically synthesized versions of potassium, magnesium, sodium and chloride which can all be found naturally from fruit and vegetables provided by Mother Earth!

This refreshing natural orange-coconut gatorade will leave you feeling 1000x better than any synthetic electrolyte drink out on the market!

Need a juicer? Want a juicer that extracts all the nutrients without heating to high temperatures and thus preserves phytonutrients and energy life force? I swear by the Omega 8005 juicer! If you order the Omega through Live Love Fruit, you will get FREE shipping! Click HERE to order.

Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, juiced (energy from natural fruit sugars)
- 1 cup fresh young thai coconut water (electrolytes like potassium and magnesium)
- 1 lemon, juiced (electrolytes)
- 4 celery stalks, juiced (optional; contains cell salts for sodium replenishment)

Mix the above ingredients together and add some ice cubes if you please! Enjoy!
