I LOVE this green juice so much. The combination is perfect - a bit of sour, sweet, and green of course. I normally drink 1-2 litres of water right when I get up, then I work out for 30mins-1 hr of cardio. After my cardio, I drink this beautiful green drink! It is packed with essential amino acids that are critical in building up strong healthy muscle in our bodies. I then eat melons about 1 hr after the drink.
Ingredients:
3 stalks celery
large bunch of cilantro
large bunch of dill
large bunch of parsley
a bunch of spinach
around 4-5 large kale leaves
1 LARGE carrot or 2 smaller ones
Cucumber
Zucchini
LEMON (i like to manually juice the lemon and add it to the drink after)

PASTA TIME!
Okay, here it is, and more to come this week. I came up with this concoction a couple weeks ago, and it is so yummy! So to begin with, here's a photo:
Ingredients:
However many zucchini you feel like
Mango, fresh, chopped
Tomato, fresh, chopped
(can add papaya as well)
Sauce:
Orange juiced
Dill
(blend together)
Mix everything together until you have this beautiful concoction (I massaged it all with my hands)

I'm still here!!
Sorry for not posting anything in awhile my lovelies. I promise to add MANY recipes (like TEN) once reading week comes around. I am studying for exams currently, and trying to collect participants for my thesis. A little hectic. Stay tuned for so much GOODNESS to come (Feb 17th) :)
