Baby Green Zucchini Salad with Lemon Cumin Dressing

I made this salad a couple weeks ago, and have made it at least 7 or 8 times since then (haha). I had never thought of adding cumin to a dressing but it tastes incredible! If you want something incredibly satisfying, look no further:

Ingredients:
- Organic baby greens of any kind (use as much as you like, I eat a lot of salad, so I use like 20 cups or so)
- 2 Organic zucchinis, chopped into half circles
- 1 Organic cucumber, chopped into half circles
- 5 Organic cremini mushrooms, chopped
- 1 container organic broccoli sprouts
- 1/2 organic avocado
- 1/2 cup dill, finely chopped
- 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

Dressing:
-2 cloves garlic
-2 tsp. raw hemp seed oil (or you can use olive oil, cold pressed)
-1/2 lemon, squeezed
-1/2 tsp. cumin
-1/4 tsp. - 1/2 tsp. freshly chopped rosemary
-1/4 tsp. thyme
(let dressing sit for 10 minutes after mixing together)

Add dressing to the above salad ingredients. Enjoy!

Sweet Ginger Bliss Smoothie

This smoothie (also going to be featured in my new e-book coming out in late May) is so delightful. If you have ever had the experience of eating a ginger snap cookie, this smoothie tastes exactly like that. The best thing about this smoothie is that it is easy, and can be consumed at any time of the day (not just for dessert - but you can definitely make it a "dessert" if you please). When I discovered the combination of ginger and cinnamon, I was very delightfully surprised! Read on for the ingredients, and give it a try :)

Ingredients:
3 ripe, spotty bananas
4 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp ginger juice (I normally just take the ginger and squeeze it in my garlic press to press out the juice. You could also chop it finely if you do not have a garlic press)
1 cup young thai coconut water

Blend & Serve!
